RESIDENT REGISTRATION PROCESS IS EASY

(We aim for 5 business day approval!)

• Submit a copy of your lease agreement OR transfer of ownership document along with your registration package (tenant or owner) which is available below in the documents and files section below in the same email to [email protected]

• Family member or residents partners will need to fill out the Resident Information Form Update and submit with written permission from the unit owner to [email protected] to confirm residency.

We accept Ontario Standard Lease Agreements

TIP: Include your suite number in the subject line of the email and include all documents required in one email.

TIP: If you do not have the Ontario Standard Lease Agreement yet, the unit owner must email property management confirming the names of the new tenants

Create a New Account on https://www.tscc2262.com for each new resident. 

TIP: Account request button is at the bottom of the log in window.

One account per resident. Resident names must be on the lease agreement.

TIP: Owners must submit new FOB/New Key request

Once your registration is approved you will be able to log in to book the elevator for your move in.
